A hand-harvested Arinto from granitic soils, gently pressed and fermented at 12-14 °C before ageing 3 months on fine lees. Bright floral aromas lead into vibrant citrus flavours and refreshing acidity, balanced with subtle volume. At 12.5% alcohol, this lively wine pairs beautifully with Asian cuisine or the classic Portuguese cod dish “À Brás”.
