These terms apply to all orders placed with Promised Cask Ltd (Company No. 16269572, VAT No. 492 0805 87, AWRS URN XQAW00000122232), registered office 6 Maresfield Gardens, London NW3 5SU.
You must be 18 or over to purchase alcohol from us. We reserve the right to request proof of age on delivery.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to cancel for a full refund, except where goods have been opened or are made-to-order. To cancel, contact us at info@promisedcask.com.
If a bottle arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos where possible, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
