Cas’ Amaro Caminho Red 2022 – A 100% Touriga Nacional from granitic soils. Hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented for 2–3 weeks, then aged part in stainless steel and part in used oak barrels for one year, followed by 6 months in bottle. Ruby colour with floral aromas and menthol notes; on the palate it’s lively, with silky tannins and excellent structure. ABV 13.5 %. Ideal with stews, spicy meats or oven roasted dishes.
