From hillside vineyards in the heart of the Massif des Dentelles de Montmirail, this wine undergoes a 2–4 week maceration under marc to draw out elegant tannins, followed by ageing on fine lees for added texture and depth.Deep and intense with purple glints, it offers aromas of stewed black fruits, spice, and floral notes. The palate is powerful yet fresh, mineral-driven, and long, finishing with a saline edge and fine structure. Built for ageing 5–7 years or more, it pairs beautifully with game, richly spiced dishes, or mature cheeses. Decant before serving to reveal its full aromatic potential.
